This space is to share what the Tupulaga groups within PIPC Aotearoa are up to all year round. This is an opportunity for PIPC brothers and sisters from NZ and further to share, reflect and encourage one another through their stories of success and more.

PI Synod now has Presbytery status
History has just been made in the PCANZ, the Pacific Island Synod is now been given status of a Presbytery. Much respect as I think of leaders who started the journey and are no longer with us.
A very moving speech today from the Moderator of Te Aka Puaho Rev Wayne Tekawaa who in supporting the recommendation of the Pacific Synod he reminded us of what Sir Apirana Ngata did for Tupua Tamasese III during his imprisonment at Mt Eden, Sir Apirana extended his aroha as Tuakana of the Pacific, and many years after that event Te Aka Puaho would do the same today to honour that special relationship and to ensure that their Tuakana be given a new sense of freedom to do mission amongst the people.
